Ingredients:

* One cup of brown rice
* Two cups of vegetable broth
* Three or four cloves of garlic
* Half cup cooked beans
* An onion grated
* Olive oil
* Salt and freshly ground saffron

Preparation:

Place rice in saucepan with broth, grated onion and crushed garlic cloves, and a little saffron to take color. Let simmer over medium heat.
