The pains in the lower back are becoming more frequent nowadays, perhaps some of this discomfort is due to poor posture we take in everyday activities. If you are a person who suffers from back pain and perform weight training, do not forget to bend your knees to work lying down.

When we lay on the floor or on a flat bench, the back can suffer stress in the curvature of the lumbar region, and this is the lordosis can happen with bill after contractions and pain.
