  1. Wash feet with soap, then rub with a pumice stone or scrub for five minutes.
  2. Rinse with warm water until clean
  3. Prepare 2 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoon honey, and a bucket of warm water. Combine all ingredients in a bucket, then soak your feet for 10 minutes.
  4. After that, prepare a citrus fruit juice (water capture), one bag teabag that has been used, mixed with a bucket of cold water. Soak feet for five minutes.
  5. Lift your foot, dry with a towel.
  6. Use hand body lotion / cream that contains moisturizing foot treatment.
  7. For best results, do the treatment twice a week.
